As a matter of course, please contact me by telephone.  Sometimes we may experience a language barrier, or calls from foreign customers may be cost-prohibitive and in such cases we may correspond by e-mail.  However, as my gear is extremely custom-built, complex and covers a very wide range of designs, conversations regarding its details are far more effective over the phone than through e-mails.
